Isnt the stock muffler in the back 2.5?
What does that do for performance? I would think an oversized pipe for such a small engine my reduce the power?

On a stage 3 tune for example, ( always dependent on supporting mods ) we gained 5hp, and 500 rpm with the valve open. On a bone stock machine with the valve open, 250 rpm and 2hp. The more mods the more gains, 3" is right at the OD of the stock turbo.
Is it better to run the 2.5" or 3" version for a stock machine on a Turbo R? Not getting tuned, but might run your other pipes and BOV kit. Would want max gains for a stock machine.

Ran the 3” e valve on my 2021 turbo S with charge tubes/ bov/ gapped spark plugs.. made a big difference but once I put that stage 2 Evo tune it felt sluggish… Might need more fuel ?

3" is deff. a deeper sounding BOV.
Will it throw any codes or need to b flashed after installing, or slap it on and go?

Yes this is built to run against a stock muffler!
Have you looked into why it makes that noise starting at 2:16

The exhaust noise? Mostly because the motors running.

The screech when starting, almost like the starter one way bearing is hanging up. Mine makes the same noise intermittent that’s why I’m asking @@RPMPowersports

@@andrewtrickel1734 That's just from being parked on a really hot belt. Sometimes alignment issues.

@@seemsfishy4289 Pro Xp, turbo r's, and XPT models from 2016-2022 all use the same head pipe and mufflers. This will fit any of them.

I can’t pull the three screws in the back off
I’ve been watching everyone unbox their order. I ordered a 3” with cut out, turbo gasket, spring puller tool, and plenum claps. $1000. Order. Not one sticker!! Wtf? I saw pipes your gave away and had stickers all in the bag. How much does it take to get stickers?

They're for purchase on our website. We do promotional stickers as and if we have them, otherwise the larger colored RPM Stickers are purchased.
