@@user-uc5mm6ey6y Try and Google Orthodox synagogues near where you live, and if you are serious about the pursuit, only look for Orthodox. They can guide you along for everything you would require, as you require. We generally introduce the Torah(usually in book form, not scroll form) as you involve yourself in study, rather than all the way at the beginning. I would contact a rabbi first and have him guide you to where you need to go and what you'll need to get there.
