Ryu can now go into a level 2 super after a EX Fireball 👍
Super cool and all, but why not just use EX Hashogeki at that point? Idk it just seems kinda redundant
Good point! It's pretty cool right lol. I know it can come in handy at some point though. It's so cool to see Ryu get these changes
