Ryobi Expand-It Edger - Unboxing & Review

In this video I do an unboxing, review, and 1st run with a Ryobi Edger, which is part of their Expand-It line of attachments.
We bought this house about 8 months ago and it is evident that the previous owner was not too concerned with maintaining the property.
The sidewalk edges looked to have not been addressed in about 20 or more years, so this attachment had its work cut out for it!
Now, to be clear, I’m just a guy with ZERO lawn goals other than to not have it overgrown and attracting insects.
Other than that, I mow it and that’s about it!

Thanks for putting the time into this review man, I have the line trimmer and blower attachment but wasn't sure about the edger. Off to buy it tomorrow, I've been trying to do that job with the line trimmer this whole time.

I was watching this to figure out what to do with the "pin" that came with this device. It was taped to the manual. And, of course, you don't have the manual or the pin.

Wish I could help, but I no longer have the Ryobi. It broke last summer.
About to buy the gas powered 2 cycle ryobi weed trimmer and this attachment tomorrow. Thanks for the video brother
Did a really good job. As the other comment said it’ll be nice if you had a blower. I already have two. If you were closer I’d give you one lol

WOW! That looks amazing. (Could the Ryobi blower attachment help with the side walk clean up?) I got my edger, and it is amazing that the ryobi attachments are a life saver. Will you powerwash the sidewalk next?

Hey, great to hear from you! The blower attachment would have really helped with getting a lot of the dirt and loose grass off the sidewalk, for sure. Maybe that needs to be purchased next!? I’m going to borrow a power washer from my brother in the next few weeks and really clean the sidewalk. Great minds think alike! Glad you like the edger, it’s a great value.
Nvm didn’t finish the video was too much to blow I see had to pick some of it up. I’ll prob do the same tomorrow mines over growing so bad in the front of my house
