Hey, how long does it usually take for you to get back to customers about warranty claims? Its been over a week since I reached out on your Ryobi Australia website with no reply. Cheers

8 months later still no reply from Ryobi Australia…..I think that says it all.
Ryobi Australia should have a QR code link to this movie in the box of the sander. The instruction manual is vague and this movie is much better. The qr code should be on a red card insisting new owners watch the movie. Or a sticker on the box. The battery version belt is not the same as the electric. The electric belt can damage the sander if the belt moves inwards. The battery sander has an improved design that looks better. It may be worth making s seperate movie explaining how the electric versions belt must be aligned to avoid damage. Or an improved warning guide in the box.
