The 40v line up from Ryobi is really nice gas like power without all the fuss. if you want to check out and do a review on their Expand-IT modular tool system swing by and check them out. all the tools clip onto the weed eater stick, leaf blower, edger, trimmer, all off one head. Super handy

THANKS Dave for this opportunity to criticize Ryobi. Normally I'd like to critique but in the case of Ryobi registration procedures a good 50 lashes with barbed wire, minimal. Twice I entered Serial Numbers for equipment item (80V ZTR), Charger, and two 40V 12AH batteries. I neglected the 80V 10AH batteries. Ryobi's programmers saw fit to associate the ZTR mower with the 2nd battery serial number. Twice entered and twice fouled by them dimwits.

@gooberminther3tik25, I found out the easiest way is to take a photo of your purchase receipt. I still think Ryobi should create a mobile app that would make it much easier to register their tools, seems like they are just not interested so I started taking a photo of my receipts as soon as I purchased it. That said what if someone gives you a Ryobi tool as a gift which happens a lot around Father's Day and you don't have a receipt. I think I must-have the model before this but I never knew about that nob to open and it will stay on 👍 do you have a recommendation for a good leaf sucker upper? I was hoping this might work for both with new attachments but that was wishful thinking, ha.

First off, it's REE-O-BEE, not RYE-O-BEE. Second, it isn't the industry's most powerful. The Ego is. But comparing my REE-o-bee 40V with my friend's Ego 56V, did not really see any performance difference between the 2.
