I got the 40v system and it's a BEAST

I've had one for a few years. It's fine for my small yard. I would go 40 volt if you needed to do any heavy trimming.

the grey piece pops off, the grey at the sides are push tabs

I have one........ Pure junk Go ahead waste your money... With mine both batteries died however Ryobi did replace them only to have the motor seize. Like I said junk

My mom bought one and the metal sucks it's so weak it's a piece of shit it's definitely getting returned 😂😂😂
