Yes, the tail is amazing but I agree with You Courtney, on the fact that as my personal favorite I prefer not mixing marine mammals with fish designs. And speaking about Siren, the tails they made are so different from the CGI version, because in CGI they had scales an less dolphins more like shark 🦈fins, and in my version I wanted to maintain the end part of the tail very fine almost like my wrist, as we can see on the promo video of the show in season 1. This is why I decided to make my Siren tail more like the CGI version. The only mistake I made was the silicon choice, the next extended tail I'll make it will be floppier. 💙🌊 as always a gigantic virtual hug from Italy🇮🇹 💖

I am currently building my own because they never partnered with a tailmaker to create them for the public. In your video I have seen that it does not have scales - I designed mine now with scales so it won't be perfect.

I absolutely 💙 the designs of the tv show SIREN tails with matching tops and gloves and I’m also a huge fan of the show since season one episode one. If I could I would absolutely 💙 for you if you can or someone else to make everything for me like how it is in the show but with fabric instead of neoprene since I’m a beginner Merfairy but I don’t know if you can or who can make everything for me like how I said above. Yea, but the h2o tails are copyrighted so they can’t be given to anyone else

Ive never had a youtube video destroy me so deeply, then build it back up. I was so sad to learn Siren was never coming back😭

I was such an idiot, when I put my tail in the water I thought that there was a drainage hole on the fluke because I could feel water inside, but I realized that it was coming in through the zipper because it goes down so long haha

I think the strange neck area is like that because there was another piece of silicone or a mask glued to it to provide a transition to the face (and prevent the top from opening). I also really like the details on the fin, like a dolphin skin!

If Courtney's surprise collaboration is making their own season of Siren like an actual tv show on KZread. That would be epic!

I really hope that the person who ended up with the gloves reaches out and sells them to you XD

It’s crazy they put all that effort into creating them only to be used once!

Do you think this would be recreateable? I actually tried to make something similar, but a few things just didn't work. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Its been my dream to make that extended like tail. I also have pictures of what I made if your curious!😂

I’ll probably be watching this tomorrow because of the time difference, this will be starting at midnight where I live, I can’t wait to watch tho. I’m getting myself my first fin fun as an end of year treat I’m really looking forward to it. (I’m 19 and fin fun seems like the place to start)

It looks like ecoflex rather than dragonskin for the silicone. I use eco flex for silicone squishy toys but I’ve never thought about using it for tails, I feel that it would degrade a lot faster than dragonskin and tear easier. Maybe I should do some squishy fins

It'd look so cool as a Damien Hirst-esque art piece in your forever home! I'd totally run some LEDs round the edge of the tank 👀

Very intetesting. I'm late to the show as I dont have streaming etc. Amazing you have Ryn's bodysuit. Eline speaks of how heavy the body/tail on the comicon/interviews etc. Increadible Siren series. I even did a bit of research, prior to knowing about the Siren series, on the Aquatic Ape Hypothesis. So I'm a bit science/biology background geeky.

Actually that isn't true. These tails were used in the pilot episode very briefly alongside the digital tails. Following that they moved to digital tails only.
