The show is rigged. They already know who is gonna win prior to it even airing. I remember along time ago one of the contestants outed the show and producers and his channel got banned and he was sent a cease and desist letter. Cause he was under contract. He always said the contract was shady and had clauses in it that basically said the agree to all the b.s. this is why even after the show many don’t go on to have successful careers and make music. This isn’t a show about talent where if you win you get a record deal. After the show they are pretty much on their own as far as that goes. Many said 90% of the winners are usually country singers. They call it white man with the guitar 🎸 and cowboy hat . Which I have to agree is very true. They tell us to vote call in but half the time those calls and online votes do not get counted. If the show has in mind who they want to go through that is who is getting pushed. If I ever come across the video of the old contestant blasting the show I will come back to this comment to drop the link cause it was pretty juicy and other KZreadrs have mad videos about this as well

For those wondering what happened to Ryley, he sadly didn’t win the voice, but later announced on Twitter live he signed to Capitol records(same label as Niall) late June. Now he’s in the works of releasing a new single! Congratulations Ryley! Your future is bright and I’ll be supporting you every step of the way!

@@cy4330 No one is to blame for that. The only ones to blame are the producers for coming up with this stupid format. They changed the rules to a 5 minute voting and you can only vote for one person only which most frontrunners are at a disadvantage. No one has a lot of time voting. If it was overnight voting I bet results would look a bit different. Facebook is the main demo that votes but even they seemed pissed with the format and the results. They preferred Holly over D. Smooth and preferred Ryley over Gina. Though Gina has the most views and likes so far. I feel she's winning this season if she keeps on getting the best views.

He's good but, definitely not the best this show has ever had. Jordan Smith, Alison Porter, and Billy Gilman all were 10x better than Ryley. But they were also more experienced singers with formal training. If he sticks with it, I could see him being more on their level.

I am absolutely outraged by the results of the semi-finals. Ryley has real talent and was the only artist who was consistent all season. He DESERVED to be in the finale. Heck, I thought without a doubt he was gonna win the whole thing from the second he opened his mouth during his blind audition. Now I know for a fact this show is rigged. Also the fact that since the vote was only 5 mins and not overnight PST couldn’t vote. So those voting were mostly Blake and country fans

He seriously deserved wayyyy better…I’ve thought he was going to be the winner since his blind audition, and he should’ve been!!!! He had THE VOICE of the season and I truly can’t believe he didn’t make it through. This isn’t the end for him though, and his coach is the perfect example of that. Niall didn’t win the show he was on either and look at him now. There will be so many of us ready to support whatever Ryley does next! So much talent at such a young age and he WILL be the future of the music industry.

Ryley Tate has been one of my favorites since we first heard him. He will do great things. You once again were amazing, Noivas, and deserve to be in the top. Sadly, there will be so much negativity involving who makes it through and who wins. I try to avoid all this. We all have our own taste in music and different voices move us through their music. I am also a firm believer that people vote for a familiar or favorite song. I believe many artists go home because their song just didn't do it for someone. I’m soooo mad he didn’t make the final !!! I knew that it would be the first three because when you go first you get forgotten in this type of live show .. so mad

He looks so at home on that stage. It breaks my heart knowing we'll never see him on it again :( his confidence so clearly blossomed from his first audition to now, where he's visibly found his voice up there and i really hope he continues on the path he's on, he so clearly is meant to be there.

i just think it’s insane he didnt make it everyone kept saying he’d win the show and i really thought he was the fan favorite like im genuinely so shocked

I said to my husband that the pass to the semifinals was going to work against him. Didn't want to be right. Rylee was my absolute favorite and has something that can't be taught. Kind of had a quality that reminded me of Sawyer Fredericks in a way.

Let's just say it, this wasn't the best song for him. This wasn't his best performance and his nerves got the best of him at times, especially when he stood up to sing. But there's no denying that this boy has so much talent and star potential and he is going to do great things beyond the Voice. This is just the beginning of his career and he seems to already have gathered the fanbase to do that judging from all these comments. Good luck to you Ryley Tate and I can't wait to see what you do next.

Seriously so mad that Ryley didn't make it through, he has some serious talent and in my opinion is way better then everyone there. He has been my favorite since day one. It is so sad that they just let someone as talented as Ryley go, seriously so messed up. Ryley is literally going to be the next biggest singer out there, Mark my words. This is NOT the end for him, I think that even though they had the audacity to not put him through, everyone will feel ashamed in a couple year when he is the next biggest singer/songwriter out there. I will continue to be a huge fan because he seriously has too much talent to not be great. He is so mature for his age and is so extremely talented for a 15 year old. I am 15 and was genuinely surprised when I found out that he is only 15, because he is so mature and put together. I seriously think that he will go so far, and I know so many people (like me) will be supporting him the entire way, because he deserves so much better th a what he got on the voice. I really hope Niall works with him after the show because he is simply too talented to let slip away. @@lauranitzsche5162 It's probably more the arrangement that could have been improved. His voice is so good it should have been the star of the performance and not the loud accompaniment. Also, did you notice the first three performers were the the exact three who didn't make it to live? Holly, who sang 3rd, was also good and should have made it to top 5 (although of course Ryley is still number one for me). I can't recall the name of the 2nd performer but he didn't make it either.

My heart is broken i was really rooting for him!! I really wish they picked a different song for him. I feel like if he had a better song he would of been in the finale for sure!

CAN WE ALL TAKE A SECOND AND NOTE THAT RYLEY AND GINA BOTH HAVE (BY FAR) THE MOST VIEWS (both about 40,000) from TONIGHT’S EPISODE-without anyone else even coming CLOSE! Doesn’t that say something?! I expected Kala to be in the semi-finals after her incredible performance pulling off Funny Valentine like it was nothing-and was so certain that Ryley, Gina, and Kala were the givens to be in the finale. To THE VOICE-if you’re going to rush a show to the extent that the viewers only end up frustrated week to week; and a VITAL aspect of the show is stripped away EVEN WHEN WE ONLY GOT TO START VOTING IN THE SEMI-FINALS….that vital aspect being the freaking INSTANT SAVE. That has been one of the only things that has made the show fair in the past, because there wasn’t blind siding like this where one of the best 2 performers-and in my opinion, one of the only 2 who would even deserve the title of “winner” of the voice of the 8 that were left (of those 8, it would have been SO easy for anyone to choose other favorites to replace 5 of the semi-finalists without a doubt….but we had zero say as to who even BECAME semi finalists-it was like helplessly watching a train wreck when the conductor could EASILY have fixed the situation….but we were all left watching this absolute BIZARRE season go by wondering what the HELLZ BELLZ production was thinking. If you can’t give us THE VOICE because you have to cram it into a certain amount of episodes-THEN DON’T GIVE US THIS FARSE of what we were expecting to watch…it feels like I wasted way too much time only to have one person I think is truly talented enough to make it in this business in the finale…..who obviously won’t win because, Blake. Why not freaking schedule it as usual and not steal a huge opportunity from the contestants who were sent home in such a strange way due to the COACHES each having to choose 2 people from their teams. So ridiculous GAHHH. Ryley-at FIFTEEN-poured more emotion into his performances (well, other than tonight-COUGH production making poor song choice for his vocals on purpose COUGH) than anyone else on the show-between that, his tone, and his control, watching him was like falling into a trance where allll focus was on whatever magic he was doing on stage. MIS.TAKE. BIG ONE hahahaha ok so I recognize that I’m literally acting like a child but I legit feel like stomping my feet and yelling at the Producers who made the awful decisions that let to this….just SAD….season of the voice. REMEMBER WHEN CONTESTANTS WOULD PERFORM ON THE LIVES FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AND WERE REGULARLY IN THE TOP 10 ON THE ITUNES CHARTS?! Some would shoot up to the top literally later the same night of the performance. The idea of that even happening this season (if their songs are even being released!) is kind of hilarious. Gah I miss those days. ADIOS, THE VOICE! You’re sending Blake off with the worst season ever. ALSO-I loved this group of coaches, but of course we weren’t even given the usual amount of BTS camaraderie between them that is usually played out in all of the episodes. We got….just a taste. Ok I’ll shut up now BYE! AND RYLEY SHOULD BE IN THE FRICK FRACKIN FINALE YOU FREAKS! (When I say freaks I’m referring to my tv, not any actual people just to be clear hehe🙃). I think this show has made me legit lose my mind, as evidenced by this unhinged comment at 4:13 in the MORNING WOWWW I JUST LOOKED AT THE TIME and def thought it was 1am max

I agree with EVERYTHING you said. I couldnt have said it better. The producers or Niall deliberately came up with a decades old song that did not suit Ryley's voice at all. And his fan base didnt even know it. I am done with THE VOICE. It is sickening the way it is rigged.

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT !!! RYLEY TATE WILSON will do better without connections to the. The only thing that The Voice did was elevate his name to the public all The Voice is about is the money part they have no care about talent, quite obvious to see that Ryley is no longer in it. He will just have to do this on his own. No problem he has what it takes to do it and will do it. I can see that in his abilities so better off RYLEY your talent and music is so awesome and amazing

This kid is going to be the next GREAT singer. I hope he never loses why people first loved him.

Plenty of non-American Idol winners went on to have much bigger careers than the winners, so there's always hope. Though I think with American Idol, part of the 'prize' was a pretty restricted recording contract. I.e., people couldn't just sign with whomever they chose. So it was kind of a curse. Ironic that Kelly ended up being a judge on The Voice.

Great performance. It is clear that he have a big futur. He still have his young voice, imagine how good he is gonna sound when his grown up voice is set.

Ryley Tate, I refuse to believe you didn't make it through. I am absolutely AMAZED by how far you've come and I'm so proud of you bud. Don't give up, keep doing what you're doing. I love you, man. God knows what he's doing. ❤ I have no say in being 'upset' that he didn't make it, because I didn't vote for him. But I didn't vote for him, mainly because I had a gut feeling he was already going to make it. (And I was doing a majority vote with my family lol)

Ryley did a fantastic job tonight! That was my favorite performance from him of the season! Perfect song choice for him and he was very well connected with the lyrics and with the audience. I loved when he got up from the piano in the second half. He seemed more comfortable too.
