That's a pretty unusual set-up for an automatic car wash at a gas station! The car has to back out instead of drive forward when the process is over! Plus, that machine was very common during the 1970's and 1980's! I especially love those fan/pinwheel brushes at the rear!

You are correct. I have seen this setup in a couple of places back home in Kansas. Another one I saw used was the old rapid-brush system. You saw those old semi automatic car washes in gas station bays with only one way in or out

Hi there! There was actually two model of the R7B, The R7B & R7B UltraClean, this one is just an regular R7B. They differences between the R-784 and the R7B were pay station, undercarriage, dryers, air sounds instead of clicking sounds, and the R7B had nozzles on the front wash arms. So this is an R7B. @@bigburgerboi2005 if you look there is no ultra clean logo and that is a sign that that is a R784. I found that out on Google I guess but it’s true because I seen pictures and I’m like that’s definitely not A R7B
