As a mechanic it nice to see one of these apart as I'm planning on buying one. I noticed the welding on the right hand engine mount. Is it as bad as it looks on the video?

Shawn great shop video,yes round bales of hay is a nightmare back in 2013 coming home with a brand new Gm pickup an 18 wheeler came around a curve and lost three of round bales which starting bouncing straight for my new truck and got the hood windshield and roof which my truck only had 126 miles on it think I still have pics on FB under days gone bad album. But anyway great video did Ryne go work somewhere else you mentioned twice his toolbox still there .

I missed that Ryan is no longer there! I am sure you said it at some point, but at least his toolbox is there and I hope you looked through it for all your tools.

Hey Shawn, thanks for the video. Was hoping you were going to video the service being done. I'm an ASE Master Technician and will be servicing my own Ryker. I will be purchasing B.U.D.S. 2 and the service manual. however, I've been advised the service manual does not have the diagnostic codes flowcharts (troubleshooting procedures) for each code. Is there a separate manual for that or does BRP have those steps embedded into the B.U.D.S 2 like VW and other automotive manufactures do? Also, for the valvetrain "check", these appear to be buck & shim. If they are out of adjustment, you replace the shim? Lastly, as part of the 12,000 dealer service, do you reverse pressure wash the radiator to get all those dead bugs out? :)

Have you ever replaced the 4 bushings inside of the plastic steering column housing on a Ryker? It looks like I can sneak the housing out without removing to much after I pull out the 4 column housing bolts, Thanks for any info

Its nearly 104 degrees fahrenheit here, seems to be a lot cooler in the US of A When i saw that stripped down Ryker i thought of something.. Is there a way on a Spyder , to clean the radiators , without dissasembling the whole damn front of the bike?

HELP! I own a ryker 900 rally 22 and a noticed that my seat and the drive shaft metal cover gets hot and I don’t know it it’s normal or not it really worries me
