Name your ryft "million dollar man" hahaha costs so much to make it useful
Liked because you you did the wheel nut with tracking
smooth air time, nice 👊
3:05 when it hits that steep fast incline ramp, it steps up just like you see the real ones do! And you can tell you have some "seat time" by how smooth you gyro it in the air! Hey question ... do you have shares in "Vitavon"? LoL! I know your not going to liek to think about this ... but at a quick glance at your vehicles ... i can easily count $10 - 15k in Vitavon upgrades! Not sure what you do for a living, but you must be quite comfatble with how upgraded your RC's are. The cheapest thing you buy is the actual RC to start with ... then you throw 80% of teh stock stuff away and Vitavon it up! HaHa! Lucky Man! Cheers again for great video!

I have done so much with Vitavon that I’m a dealer now so my prices are a bit less than retail. That helps. Sometimes on my stock orders he does toss in a few extra items. But the thing is, nothing is free, absolutely nothing is free.

It was flatter but may be transferring more of the bumps to the chassis?
I love my front sway bar...I lost a wheel too. love the Vitavon stuff. I have it all on my Ryft!
Lol a nut Hunt 🤣 and when you said it's good landing on the soft dirt then hit the hard ground it's always the way 👍 great video ✌️
There is so much metal it’s looks as if you opted for a plastic roll cage. 😂

Those tires take a beating 🏁🏁🤟🤙
I'm going to have to agree with some of the other comments about it being a little too tight. If you want to keep it, I'd look into swapping in a thinner gauge wire. I'm definitely interested in front shock relocation though! I'd be nice to be able to lower the front end and gain more compression without limiting droop, or at least gain more droop without jacking up the front end since compression is frame/body limited.
@ExocagedRC

Compression is limited badly by the chassis design where the battery sits.
Is Vitavon going to allow you to become an authorized seller of their products so that we don't have to wait for shipping from overseas? Awesome looking ryft!

Yeah. I have one on order.
Thats what she said
Joe it would be awesome if vitavon made the cage for this I know u like shiny imagine chrome and he could do colors ..and I'm starting to think the old thoughts of not adding metal to rigs to keep them durable is a thing of the past with the technology and materials we have now quality materials won't break unless it's crazy extreme
If you want to try reversing the front sway bar direction, Treal has a multi-position front shock mount adapter that might allow you to do it. Between the multi-position adapter, and the included spacers, you have 4 mounting positions, with one being in front of the standard mount, and one (the way I mounted mine) positioning the tops of the shocks behind the standard mount. Don't know if it'll actually allow you to reverse that front sway bar...but, it's worth a try.

👍
Have you considered getting a 4k camera for filming but continuing to produce your videos in 1080p? The purpose would be to allow you to zoom in on the action without loosing resolution. Something to consider. Keep up the good work, love the channel👍
@ExocagedRC

Yeah I’ve looked at those but to get one that will do what I want it’s not cheap and those 4K cheap ones on Amazon are junk. I watched a bunch of reviews on them and none are good.
Loving it Joe! Hey FWIW you might want to take a look at TC's Hell Bent buggy and study its unique design features. Diver talent only matters so much. Hell Bent, IME is the most ingenious rock bouncer design on the planet. He definitely has the front shock angles sharper than most RB's, along with slightly backwards angled rear shocks, which is very unique. His front shocks I extrapolated to approx. 25 degrees angle, and the rears at -11. That's what I'm running now and what a difference!
It seems a little to tight for my liking, the ryft needs some flexibility. The way it is sticking out is asking for problems when trees move in front of you. To stiff for me, may be good if their was ryft racing on a figure 8 track?
@ExocagedRC

Yeah I’d rather have them back in and with a lighter bar.
God knows I love your videos awesome builds but this car seems like the only thing that's there that's original is the frame I forget how much they are new but there's enough upgrades it it makes it not worth buying the vehicle you know what I'm trying to say by the plastic frame and go from there I think axial dropped the ball on this one and you proved it pretty much with your videos and your upgrades on it cuz if I got to do that much to it to drive it take care be safe awesome video awesome car

Well they messed up on a few things. Otherwise it’s the same as any RC out there. Mod it as you break it or just for the heck of it. To me, mods are part of the hobby.

@@ExocagedRC It's the reason I got into the hobby. Sure it's fun to get an RTR.. but even more fun to personalize it and make it perform better.

@ExocagedRC

Not sure but I did hit that solid dirt clod with it by accident.
It looks maybe a tad stiff but it needs time to break in. They all seem a little stiff when brand new . I haven't found a nut in a while now! Ugh
what shocks are you using?
I can’t keep my wheel hexes from breaking on my Ryft… what ones are you using??
What axels does that ryft have they look like they can take a beating
Hey. Can i use orginal motor when i upgrade this like you have done? I mean all. Shocks, Axle alu swaybar, yes everything. And i bought a Axe combo but i bought 2700kv instead of 3300kv. Can i use that? Or maybe a max 6 with a 2050kv motor? Or the same system that are in arrma infraction v2?
What steering stabilizer are you running in this video?

I’ve got one on order. No idea on what I’ll do with it.
Where can I buy it you can send me a site where I can find everything
It seems you have been forced to drop about 1500 on top of the rift to get a rig that can perform.
I love Axial but this Ryft is absolutely garbage. For 499 with good look and good components but everything else is fault. It has no balance at all. You can't control it when it goes fast. No matter how much more you spend on this craps it still not running good.
