Your welcome! Thank you service! I don't have a blueprint and don't even use them! On a build I take into account of what comforts I want to put into the build. On this one I knew I need to haul dirt bikes, a place to sleep and my wife wanted a bathroom complete with a shower. With a tape measure I measured out each item and laid them out on some grid parer and cut them out. I measured out the box out on a fresh sheet and placed the grid cutouts within the lines and then I started moving things around until I ended up with this layout. My next build is a 170 EXT sprinter that Im doing the same thin on! This is more difficult because its an even smaller format! I hope this helps and let me know it you have any other questions! Here to help!

Great build! I was thinking 10-14 foot box truck initially but recently purchased a '94 g20 conversion. I'm gonna have to rebuild most of the mechanicals to but it is rust free. I used to ride bikes but getting too crippled now. My biggest challenge now is figuring out where to put a shower inside. I don't mind small but want the ability to shower without setting up a tarp over the back doors. That camp stove is neat!

Looking good. I've done 2 winters in a bus.. Lowest was 10 below with no heat and it wasn't even all that bad with a few extra blankets. This coming winter I'll have my wood stove installed. I love the look of this rig, and enjoyed your video. Thanks for giving the fuel economy too, a lot of folks forget that. Neat features, and all done D-I-Y and low buck, which is great!

Really nice build. Love the sink and skylight. Very good suggestions. Ty for sharing. ♡

When I saw your trials bike, I wanted to watch. Maybe next time.
I recommend an oxygen level sensor inside. Those catalytic heaters are great but they will use up your indoor oxygen.
really like the van man , lol i got a 1980 e350 14 foot box . its on the project list .nice job

Looking good. I've done 2 winters in a bus.. Lowest was 10 below with no heat and it wasn't even all that bad with a few extra blankets. This coming winter I'll have my wood stove installed. I noticed your solar panels don't have any airflow beneath them. That apparently causes a loss in their performance. Still a great looking rig.
Nice Rig! Well thought out!

Awesome Rig! Would be a good investment to put a micro chip GPS on that bad boy! I'd hate to see it walk away with your gear And bike in it. Been happening here more often in So. Cal with people's toy haulers.
Great build, but good lord was that hard to watch! I love the outside. We dirt bike and would love to having something similar. Might I suggest a tri-pod for the outside shots.
Nice rig Bro

I didn't notice any change in heat inside! But Im well insulated !
Which of the Flex Seal products did you use? I used the spray on for a pesky leak, then topped it with the Dicor caulk. My experience over a year is that any of the flex seal exposed to UV light has turned to dust. So far, no leaks though.

hope you remake this video with a new camera I couldnt watch it I get sick from video like this. but from what I was able to watch it looks like you have a very cool hauler. I have the same van and its all over the road steering wise I was surprised to hear how well yours rides.

Your welcome! I have sold the rig a couple years ago and built an adventure truck! I had this box van for 11 years and never had a problem with the ramp! I had a motorcycle shop and we had Harleys and Indian motorcycles up in the van weekly. Sometimes we had to work on the break over angle if the bike was low but the ramp held up to 800Lbs motorcycles just fine! Hope this helps! For new build ideas check out my Adventure Truck series! Cheers!

@@TRCa51 yeah actually someone asked me if the ramp was strong enough for my bagger and if id be able to ride it up....i use a much narrower and smaller ramp currently so i figured it would be good enough but thanks for confirming it for me!

Tim, does it get hot on the overhead bed configuration because it's higher to the roof, or vice versa it gets cold at night?
