Some people are assuming Ryan and Daisy are not definite. They could be right. But it could mean that this is a new direction. Personally, I have never bought into Daniel and Daisy together. It's never been authentic to me. Whereas Ryan and Daisy have much better chemistry. I hope they end up permanently together.

Yeah she was gushing because she has someone in her corner. He gives her attention and compliments. Makes her feel good about herself. She actually told Jenny as much in the episode. It’s a rebound for Daisy. He’s a distraction for her. I think she values Ryan’s friendship but she’s lonely and heartbroken. So she’s just going with it. Charlotte has said as much herself. Daisy throws herself into a new relationship in order to get over Daniel. But it doesn’t really work.. It’s been hinted at that their relationship isn’t going to be a healthy one. Ryan does seem to have Daisy on a pedestal.
