“I’m Ryan. This song is about a sociopath who murders people. He finds comfort from the pain in his mind by giving himself brain freezes with slushees.”
"I dont learn the names" a minjte later: "...Veronica Sawyer"
I think he plays the likable villain SO WELL
4 years later and he's still
Awww, when he introduced himself, that was the cutest thing ever
I love how he gets super into character. he goes from "haha what's up" to "hahA LETS KILL PEOPLE" in like 0.2 seconds and its the most awesome thing in the world XD
He looks like the perfect J.D.
I think dan made the character more pitiful, whereas Ryan really emphasizes the sociopathic nature of JD. Dan’s version has more emotional expression and Ryan’s version has all these little deadpan moments which are really cool. I love seeing how different actors can take the same role different ways. (For the record, I don’t think one is better than the other, so don’t come for me, but I do like Ryan’s portrayal more)
OH MY GOD...HIS SMILE AT THE END-
He gets really into character here and I love it.
"this is a song about a sociopath who murders ppl-"
"this song is about... a sociopath..."
Can we please talk about how cute he was at the very beginning.
THE EFFORTLESS VIBRATO
Wow.
I'm sorry but he's literally perfection
"I'm a high-functioning sociopath, do your research!"
