    I think Ryan planned to use the last trick to switch the joker for whatever card the dude said LOL. But homie said joker so it made it 100x better. That’s prob why he wanted to perform the extra trick at the end which was the initial trick 😂

    Cou be true. The only thing thats really suspicious about that, is that he actually chose this "random" person himself. I'm not saying, he was using a stooge, since I don't know, but its a possibility and makes the effect less impactfull.

    The best part about this is that I guarantee you that the joker was supposed to be the original "Okay I'll just change this into your card" but the guy walked RIGHT into it LOL. I can't imagine holding in the smile if I'm Ryan and I know the guy just played himself.

  • @michaelgraffam5423

    @michaelgraffam5423

    2 жыл бұрын

    Yeah, of course -- but its deeper than that. He could have played it that way, if necessary. But in reality most people will say joker. When Ryan says "Nobody ever says that" -- it was sarcasm. lol. Most people try to catch out magicians by going with something "off-script" like that which means you simply go with the joker in the box to make it "on-script". Its super impressive if they "walk into" the plan. But if not, Ryan has the chops to deftly "change" the card to whatever is required.

    I watched it again. I have to agree with what I've heard others say, which is that your Story Telling talent is perfect. I notice that either typically the story telling in magic shows is take-it-or-leave-it or non-existent or tell stories without words, so for you to be so great at it, it really adds something great to your shows. I think it was either Edward Tudor or Penn&Teller or that other magician guy (sorry for forgetting his name at the moment) that did a reaction video to edwards reaction that you did a reaction with that said you do everything and kick ___ at it all. I am trying to say that if you were being graded on your shows, you would get all A+'s in every category. I feel forced to to say this because it deserves recognition.

    Hey man! Good luck with your channel. Thanks for your kind words. I'm glad you like my work. My confident personality and professional badass manner (the result of my confident personality) seem to be my main selling point and the one aspect of my performance style that people keep saying sets me apart from the rest. I am aware of this and I see this as a good sign. When I watch most magic, it is often too boring, dorky and cheesy for my taste. I usually have the feeling that the magician is showing effects nobody cares about, and projecting a personality type that the viewers care even less about. I perform magic that is seen as among the strongest in the world, but at the same time I pour so much fun personality into my performances that the audience and I know that I could stop the magic at any point in time and still be just as entertaining. That's what makes me fundamentally different. Other magicians try to improve their performances by adding better scripts, speaking skills and presentation to their magic. I am the opposite. I hit my audiences with an inspirational alpha personality who happens to show some magic while really connecting with them. All the best to you! Ryan Hayashi

    Right on, buddy. Obviously personality and character are a big part of magic, and everyone is different. What is important is that you have found your niche and comfort zone which the audience eats up!
