When you hit the bag. Practice like your in a real fight. Don’t hit the bag to be hitting it. Work on combos and certain punches from certain angles. Then always make sure you burn out at the end. Plus make every punch counts that you throw.

newsflash; most longer, taller fighters don't fight well on the inside; that's the shorter fighter's only way to defeat a longer fighter is to go first and fight inside. This is why Tank excels in it. Ryan needs to beat shorter fighters by using his height and reach to fight from the outside, use his jab effectively, and keep the smaller fighter at bay while beating him rd by rd or KO him if the KO comes. You referenced Rolly. Rolly is a hard PUNCHER; Ryan is a much better BOXER, who also happens to hit hard. That's the difference, and that difference will produce a much better matchup between Tank and Ryan than we saw with Tank and Rolly.
