At what point do England actually start playing football? As a neutral they are a horrendous watch. They are the international equivalent of a Mourinho team. Why can’t they actually play football, given the alleged ‘world class’ players they have? They have literally played sh*t for 99% of this tournament. No patterns of play. No system. Nothing at all, really. It’s bizarre. A penalty shoot-out saves them. They don’t even look that interested. If they win this thing, they will be the most unworthy winners since the deeply crappy 2004 Greece team. It’s the ugliest anti-football I’ve seen since Scotland. And that’s a deep insult to Scotland! It’s quite clear if there is any footballing justice, Spain should win this thing.

Does that bother you does it? After the penalty takers ; bukayo saka, Ivan toney, TAA, and Jude Bellingham all just sent England through to the semi final.
