@@christiananton6591 Not on Minecraft. It runs at 200+ consistently. Never drops below 100 and Fortnite is at 144+ on preformance mode which rarely dips below 80. DX12 and DX11 have frame drops though but he uses performance mode.

Bro I’m still running the rx480 😭 I’m gonna be getting the 4070ti soon here but the 480 has done wonders for me what I paid for my pc which was $400 I play pretty extensive games too like assetto corsa fully modded and tarkov etc

Just got this card the other day to replace my 2060 super that went bad on me. So far so good. Took me all of five minutes to install and set up.

I just purchased a 2700x CPU and the seller included a 2TB drive. Paired with my 580, I've got 8 cores, 16 threads, 16gb RAM @ 3000mhz and 6TB of storage. 85-100fps High settings on Insurgency Sandstorm. My budget baller system, should be pretty nice for a few more years.

Yeah I’d say since you’re on the 300 series chipset, bios update your board, and upgrade to a ninth gen so you can upgrade your GPU later if needed.

This is my upcoming build because I found an entire 5 year old motherboard, rx 580, and Rynen 7 2700x sitting at my grandmas house. (All were not opened) (it all belonged to my great uncle who died) and I already had a case and power supply and ram. (I need an ssd only)

i had that very same cars before and its fans spins so damn loud, like i have a literal car engine inside my room. Never buying that brand again

@@overlord6422 i was actually looking up online about the card, its the Power color rx580, and all other users, or atleast majority of them has the same problem. whenever you're playing a triple A game, the fans ramps up to 3500-3600 rpm and its so damn loud, like you couldn't hear anything from your earphones because its just obnoxiously loud. i had to adjust the fan curves from the AMD software, but still the fan would still go brrrr to avoid the card from overheating

For 80€ used. It's still pretty good. But only usable for 60fps 1080p on mid to high settings. But like, what else is there to expect for the price.

Get the 580, and find a 2400g instead if you need the integrated graphics. 3200g is only 4c/4t. 2400g has hyperthreading and better Vega graphics. As long as you have APU installed with dedicated graphics card, you will only have access to PCI Express x8, the other half will be reserved and you can't get it back as long as you have that APU, meaning you will not be able to run other x8 peripherals or M.2 at full speed. I recommend finding a 1600AF chip or a 2700x

Any idea on what’s a good cpu pair with this gpu I have the rx580 and even on low settings on mw2 public games not even warzone I’m getting only 50-65 fps

Anything Ryzen 2000 Series and up is awesome. I recommend Ryzen 7 2700x on AM4 platform. Tried and true.

Maybe try to adjust the fan curve on your graphics card. You can do that through MSI Afterburner

But Fortnite is a cpu game it’s not really about the graphics for the fps in that thing

Personally I think this is a really good combo. I had it in my old system and it worked really well. The cooler however is overboard. The cpu doesn’t need a cooler like that, but if you want it for looks you could use it. I cheap 30 dollar cooler will do the job for this cpu.

YES, that fact that on medium settings u can get a smooth 60 fps in intense areas is mind blowing, I dont play fortnite, but I had to try it once I got these gpu and in creative I was getting like 270-300 fps, and in pubs I got like 144-200 fps. In the new ac mirage game on medium settings it was a smooth 60 fps.@@overlord6422

I’ve never heard of a motherboard that doesn’t support the 580. Honestly I think it’s a board problem. Ik it’s a hassle but I’d recommend a replacement. Worst case scenario, the GPU slot is probably damaged.

I’d recommend the GTX 1080. If you don’t care about ray tracing and just want the fastest card with the best price to performance, go for the 1080, 100%

Decent combo, but I’d rather go for something a little newer on the CPU side if I were you. Something like a 10100f is much faster and will last you much longer

Definitely the rx 580! The 1650 is fine, but you lose out on some performance, so get the 580. It’s better for apex and with that i3. Wish you best of luck, bro!

Oh definitely. The only thing is the 5600 is a bit OP for the 580. I’d recommend saving money and going for something like a Ryzen 5 4500 instead

Thank god for the 8 gigs of Vram on the 580. I'm about to purchase 2 for my daughters pc. They have been on the ryzen 5 5600g since the pandemic and you couldn't even get a 580.

Yes definitely go for Intel I 5 with at least 3.00 Ghz I'm running i5 9400F 16g ram the RX 580 8gig gamdias 600w and SSD drives it's OK for the next 5 years

You could try overclocking. That could get you another 2-5% more frames. Or if you’re looking to increase it more, a new GPU might be in order. You can find a 1070 for about 90 bucks on Jawa.gg right now.
