Alex .Wallace I think I’ve heard of it. I knew a couple of kids that had different colored eyes. It wasn’t so much an illness as it was a genetic defect. Just one of those, “Here you go! You can be different.”

She was created with Sarah Silverman in mind for the voice (after hearing her in the wreck it ralph movies as Vanellope it makes sense) but I kind of want Bianca Del Rio because Neo does the "really queen" face so well

Also her umbrella? It used to be beautiful and lacy but the new animation somehow took all of the detail out of it which I don't understand at all.

Neo is such a fucking badass oml. Mute, heterochromia, short, kinda emotionally dependent on Roman for whatever reason but Ice Cream Queen is still badass as hell with her umbrella and flashy fighting style

i love how she is so short yet so cocky like in the fight with yang at first she didnt even use her arms she just dodged she is definitely the best fighter in the entire series

I wouldn't say she's the best fighter per se, but she's got a very capable style of fighting which makes her quite a tough enemy, particularly for people used to just using brute force against their enemy, hence why Yang did so poorly.

@@thomaszinser8714 yes because yang is more of a brawler and not as big on fancy footwork now not saying she can't do some cool moves she just isn't as adapted to it as neo which is very light on her feet making it easy to avoid attacks

She almost did Neo took a step back to let Cinder to let down her guard. However, when Cinder proposed that they work together to end the others who aided in Roman’s demise Neo decided to let her live.

There's a really good one of Roman and Neo with the song Partners In Crime, it's SO good! I recommend it!

Yeah, I'm going to just put this out there, but barring people with stuff like maiden powers, there aren't really any people I can think of who would pose a major threat to Neo on their own. Maybe Weiss might be able to, but that's somewhat doubtful to me.

Cherry Technically 2 because Raven could also manipulate fire as seen in her fight against Cinder but then there’s also the fact that Spring is so diverse that there’s probably a bunch more things Raven could fall back on in a fight against Neo
