Thank you for sharing your thoughts and recommendations for outdoor gear and home backup power products. I completely agree that quality equipment is essential for outdoor enthusiasts and RV lovers. The Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series seems like a fantastic choice, especially with its massive capacity, fast recharging, and waterproof technology. It's great to know that it offers comprehensive protections and uninterrupted power supply. I appreciate your input and will definitely consider this product for my own outdoor adventures. Happy camping!

Secrets... I overheard the two solo van life ladies at the Laundromat. Apparently, they had not seen each other for some time. After inquiring about each other's health one asked how the other's love life was going. ' "I heard you were caravaning with Ted," winking one of her eyes. - “Oh! Ted died last a couple of months ago." "You know he was a big outdoors guy. He went out to dig up some wild salad things for dinner." He had a heart attack and dropped down dead right there in the middle of the little forest!" - “Oh dear! I'm very sorry." replied her friend "What did you do?" - “I opened a can of green beans instead."

I live full time in my RV and I am guilty of the same. I have a Lance truck camper and dirty laundry takes up a lot of space. I got tired of moving it around my tiny space so now O just wear my dirty laundry, albeit clean underwear and socks. Also, my black water tank valve got to stuck in it preventing it to close fully. When I took off the cap to the pipe to drain it about three gallons of dirty water came pouring out right there at the campsite. It was a huge embarrassing mess. So that is my biggest truth and biggest horror story. My current horror story is I just purchased a new camper with the bestest greatest Truma Varioheat furnace. In less than a week it stopped working. I am making my way south to stay ahead of the freezing temps. So far I have had no luck getting it repaired. One week now without heat. I have a small electric heater, a down sleeping bag and my best dog to keep warm at night. So far the lowest temps encountered is 33 degrees. Tonight’s low is 37. Will soon be in Lakeland Florida where the lows should be in the 40’s and I plan to drive up to the Truma Service Center there and make a scene until they fix it or replace it. I am good at making scenes of late😂

I am female, off grid and dry in a lance truck camper so I am unable to fill up my tanks with water, thus I removed my toilet from my camper because of the hose issue. For 6 weeks I peed into a cup before tipping it into a container which I threw away before I was able to finally get a camping toilet. The whole time I’ve been in here, I also found that it is and has always been easier to line the toilet with a plastic bag for number 2s and then dump the bag in a bin. No muss, no fuss and you don’t ever have to touch it or run the risk of touching it ever again when a hose leaks 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I raised boys. One daughter. I always kept a jar with a lid or bottle with a lid in the family minivan, because it was difficult with two small boys in car seats to find a place to pee, fast! It was much easier to pull over in a parking lot and get out the jar, because often there was no way they could make it to a bathroom in time! Pulling over, parking, undoing car seats and trying to get to a bathroom in a store, was a huge feat. Their little bladders just couldn't wait that long! Lol. No shame in it. It's necessary sometimes. That's life! Happy trails, guys, and safe travels. I love your channel, I tell everyone to watch. Sometimes I like to bingewatch. The two of you were so lucky to have found one another. Thank you for letting us all have a peek into your lives, I always watch with a smile on my face, and I just feel so good. Thanks again! Oh girl! We tent camp for recreation right now. My husband does the Gatorade bottle thing at night. 🤮 I try not to drink anything later than 7:00 so don't have to visit the bath house. As for makeup and "tent" hair, I just spritz my hair with a water bottle and fluff. It is what it is! I sweat the makeup off during our hikes, so why bother. Thanks for sharing your journeys with all of us.

We travel by RV and sailboat. I have 1 dress that I wear for every event, church, wedding, funeral and special dinner. Yes we wear our athletic clothing multiple days. Baby wipes are awesome 👍. Makeup I wear daily. Not the full blown but enough that I feel put together to be happy. I do laundry every 2 weeks. Sheets once a month in summer, winter 2 months. It is the little things that add up in less dumping, more walking or rowing to shore. Solar and Lithium is the game changer. ❤❤❤❤❤

For re-wearing clothes: look into ozonics. Popular with hunters as it kills all of the bacteria on your clothes. I put my hunting clothes into a tote with the machine (rechargeable) and the clothes definitely have a different stale smelling odor at first. About 20 minutes after removing from the bin there is zero smell. Essentially it’s dry cleaning clothes. Stains persist but B.O. stank is gone.

You two are so darn adorable together. I enjoy all of your video's. Tanya... you look fantastic and I love your scarves. I'm living in my class C 28' RV in my sons driveway for now till I get it all updated. This is an amazing RV with only 34,000 miles on it and it's 23 years old! (2000 was when it came out). I can't wait to get to Quartzsite. Just can't wait. I need to test out my propane connections and make sure that's all working before I head out to boondock. I'm 68 and on my own having lost my husband in Feb to what they said he had stage 4 cancer. I don't believe it because he was never sick and they really pushed chemo on him and that's what took him. He was never sick even using that junk. But it aged him and took him. So now this is going to be my life. I have my 2.3 acres and home rented out and everything (almost) I own is still in the home. I know the people who live there now and I love it. God answered my prayers letting me know about this precious family that needed help. Keep the video's coming. I love em so much and you guys too!!

No peeing in a bottle yet but I have had to pull over and use the trailer bathroom in some unique road side places! I also think the water bottle toothbrushing spit into a napkin has happened to conserve gray tank and water. I think the shuffle to move everything from travel mode to living mode! Ugh 2 years and I still have a shuffle to do! I’ve been lucky on the maintenance side of my rig but I am starting to embark on some modifications because some components just don’t make since in my small space

I stopped wearing makeup 20 years ago. You’re beautiful without it. Dealing with a parent who needs a portable toilet in the bedroom, I suggest getting a pack of commode liners for portable toilets. I imagine it would be better than peeing in a bottle. Tried peeing in a bottle once in a pinch. It was not pretty. An rver mentioned she uses them to keep from having to clean her toliet. You are a cute couple. I look forward to going back and watching your past videos. Having reached retirement age I’ve wanted to hit the road and want to know what it’s like.

Love the Lume products too. Really like the cream body deodorant in a squeeze tube. Don't care for the stick deodorant, because it's just deodorant but no antiperspirant in it. I sweat like a horse in Summer and need the anti-p but the cream deodorant in the tube is fantastic rubbed on all those places that can have odors. The body wipes are great too, but VERY small. Their stuff works.

Don't have to worry about kitten litter at home or in a vehicle. He is 6 months old and he goes potty when the dogs go potty and he can let us know when he wants to go potty if he needs an extra one. He's also very protective and while trying to attack people he doesn't know who come on the property not to mention if the dogs barking meows. So I got a fourth dog it just happens to look like a kitten.

Kitty Party Mix containers make great pee containers for guys whether camping or at home. Also, for ladies in emergencies (just driving in a vehicle), I was told to open the front and back car doors for privacy - not sure what truckers can see though :). Got a lot of laughs on this video. Just discovered your videos recently - great break from all the stressful politics etc. Thanks for the giggles!

Many eons ago, my then husband and I and our son were camping along the mighty Columbia River on a beautiful sandy beach. We had a tent and had anywhere we wanted to camp as we were alone. We chose a clump of trees for a little wind break. Then we stated to get neighbors, and more came in, and more…. We were across the river from St Helen’s Oregon which had a lovely fireworks display every 4th of July. It just so happened it was that holiday and we ended up surrounded by ca’jillions of neighbors. We ended up using a bucket to pee inside the tent. It was such a surprise so it pays to know the local customs before picking a place to camp and have a plan for things like restrooms.

Yes. the breaking fear. I was just in Lake Havasu and my scooter (which is my toad), broke on the way into town. I had to get the exhaust manifold replaced. And then, the same day, my propane tank inlet malfunctioned. Ugh. Fortunately I found places in town for both to get repaired. But yes, anxiety about that. And I also know about the pee jar...

I also wear the same clothes alot. I am not sweating since I'm not doing hard work to make me sweat. Cutting back on doing laundry. (using my sons machines for now since i'm in his driveway in my class c. I actually have a full size bathtub in this amazing RV. With the shower in it. I'm so lucky!! the bathroom is the last thing I'm updating. Painting shower and tub with the white kit they have out there. I also have to grout my floor tiles in place. Wish I could sent you guys pictures of this place. I even have wainscoting on all my walls complete with chair rails. Being on my own... I don't get to show this beautiful space to people. lol.

Travel Joes for the dudes and Travel Janes for the ladies. I just got the Travel Janes off Amazon for those emergency potty breaks on the road. I haven't tried mine out yet, but I bought them for when I do a road trip, and a friend of mine recommended them. I hear that come in handy!

We live in a 40 ft diesel pusher and still experience most of the situations you have described. We have an on board washer and dryer but still chase my husband around for for smell test of his clothes. We have animals too. So bigger rigs still have the same issues but I have bigger tanks .

I once had to pee in an empty soda cup and then had to find a place to empty it while my hubby was in Walmart. I ended up pouring it on the ground way under our van as there were no trees or grassy areas anywhere.

I travel alone in my Class C, Navion Winnebago. No #2….i don’t do that. I have a separate pot that I add core and dispose daily. Cannot do it as a Solo traveler e/ my fur babies. And shower at campgrounds bc I need a long shower & liter box in my shower. I brought these wipes from QVC that are the bomb !! They are wipes with soap - just add water. I feel completely refreshed after using them on those travel days & I don’t plan to use campground showers.

So I hope you guys are well. I have to share this. I’m working on purchasing a van to get started on my travels but I still camp a lot. I do tent camping when it comes to the bathroom are you one of those? I’m not sure how to describe it, but elderly Toilets that go by the side of the bed during the day I put it in an outdoor tent like you have doing the night I bring it in the tent in the far corner. I have a huge tent and that is what I do for a bathroom works wonderful.

We recently traded in our 2021 E-pro 19FD (named Boudreaux) for a 2024 Entegra Odyssey 24 B which we named the Texas Bluebonnet. We never had any problems with Boudreaux the E-Pro but the first time out with the Entegra 24 B, we had all kinds of problems (rear and side cameras failed while on the road, the radio failed, (bad LCD that had to be replaced), 2 inside TVs worked but outside TV was dead, dead, dead ( coax was not connected and TV was faulty and had to be replaced), but the absolute worst was when the black tank flush sprayed all over the outside of the Rv getting both of us wet with yuck water on our first black tank flush attempt. Turns out the PVC pipes were cracked and had to be replaced. All of this on a brand spanking new RV. Quality control is just not what it used to be…. We just picked up The Bluebonnet from her month long maintenance sabbatical and are taking her out next week. Hopefully this trip will be better than our first trip.
