Beautiful coach. Every RV has positives and negatives. You just have to find the negatives you can live with while having enough positives to make the purchase right for you. Everyone’s needs are different, which is why there are so many brands, price points, and amenities. This rig isn’t good for boondocking, but those who spend this kind of money are usually older and don’t want to boondock. They want to go to full service RV parks.

Hmmm. I do love Newmar’s wood work. Instead of a dinette, we have a desk that folds out into a table and it’s fantastic. I use it as my workstation and keep two monitors mounted in it. Anyway, our Dutch Star will be turning 18 years old shortly, and we love it. I would have trouble spending 400k on anything that depreciates! Thanks for the tour.

For another $50k you can have their 4369 floorplan, with a tag axle. New, these generally sell for 25% to 30% off MSRP. So no need to pay $400k-$500K for them. And if you buy one lightly used that is 2 years old, expect to pay about 50% of MSRP. A used Prevost is a whole 'nuther animal. Might be fairly cheap to purchase, but ongoing maintenance is going to be high-much like buying a used Maserati or Ferrari...To find a Prevost at this price point, you're probably looking at a 15 year old coach.
