RV Camping at Fall Creek Falls State Park in Spencer, Tennessee
*See below for additional Site 124 walk around information*
Hey Folks,
In this video we're going to share our RV Camping trip at Fall Creek Falls State Park in Spencer, Tennessee. We setup our Riverside Retro 189R on site 124 in campground "B". Only an hour north of Chattanooga, Tennessee we entered the State Park from Hwy 111, a very easy and beautiful drive.
As you will see, this Tennessee state park has more to do than you think. There are hiking trails for all levels. You can bike ride, rent paddle boats and even have a nice enjoyable dinner at the State Park's restaurant. Wait till you see the water falls and the two suspension bridges!!! Yes 2!!! There is a swimming pool, snack bar and a general store which has more than you need so you won't have to leave the campground unless you just want to explore the area. There's even a laundromat.
We do a campground review and drive thru video of EVERY CAMPGROUND, EVERY SITE, EVERY TIME, to help as many fellow RVers as possible. If you find value in this video, and our channel, go ahead and subscribe. It’s free to subscribe and hit that notification bell too so you’ll know when we upload our next video:) We’d appreciate it as it helps other RVers to see our videos.
Happy Trails & Happy Camping!
Mike and Angel
*ADDITIONAL SITE 124 WALKAROUND INFORMATION:
Site 124 has an asphalt pad about 55' long. Its fairly level side-to-side but front to back is not level (site 124 is one of the better sites as far a being level). I would have used more leveling blocks if I had them. The water connections are typical as well as the sewer connection. The electrical panel can accommodate 50A / 30A / 20A plugs. This site has a fire ring, grill and a nice picnic table with plenty of space between sites. The back side is big enough for kids or pets to run around without disturbing neighbors.

Thanks for another great video. We’ve heard about this park and would like to camp there someday. And I agree about a hike downhill on rough ground is harder on the knees than going up. I never feel my age until I do that. I’ve found that it helps to make groaning sound effects with each step. 😂 May God bless and safe travels!

Hey Doug Thanks! We first heard about this State Park this year and we weren't disappointed either. Yes, the groaning helps. The groaning gets incorporated in with frequent stops 😁😄. We love it though, we enjoy the journey even if its a strenuous hike up/down a mountain.😃 Thanks for watching our video, Doug. Mike and Angel

You did a great job of highlighting Fall Creek Falls, but there is much more to do and see than what you covered. We go there often…..oh and the Black and Blue Retro you both liked in the video was ours. We camp there for a week every Thanksgiving, maybe we will see you there again next year. Keep up the good work, you have a couple new fans!

Hey Andrew Thanks, we found out while we were there how many hiking trails are within the park and more trails just outside of the park. Yes we remember your Retro, we get the biggest kick out of seeing other Retros when we camp and y'all had yours set up nicely too. We've been talking about another trip at a different time of the year, mainly to see a heavier water flow through the falls. Next time we go for Thanksgiving we'll look for y'all! Thanks Andrew for watching our video and thanks for supporting our channel.😃 Happy Trails & Happy Camping! Mike and Angel

Hey Mike and Angel, Our son and daughter n law used to have a small camper but didn’t camp enough to justify keeping it . Vicki and I are planning a trip a little later as soon as our newest great grandson gets here. Waiting on Baby Jett to get here , Grandson and granddaughters live right beside us, so we have to be on standby. Her mother lives about 25 miles north of where we live . Anyway we are contemplating on going to ether the Smokey mountains or to the Arch in Kentucky. We would love to meet you guys. Your friend Louis and Vicki Spike’s .
