Advertise the posts in our local dailies. The recruitment should be an open process and aired to all all Kenyans. Nothing to do with political parties. Let all be given a chance..

We don't want anything to do with coalition, dialogue, committee, nothing...give us a leaner government. We must reduce our expenditure.

The first priority should not be to give the cabinet the face of the country. The first priority is to have highly competent professionals heading the various ministries. We want a non-political cabinet. We do not want recycling of politicians. It would be a grave mistake for the president to think that appointing people from the opposition side will change anything. If anything, it will worsen the situation. We want competence, accountability, and performance. Zero corruption. This is not about politics anymore. It's about genuine efforts to transform this country. We are tired of the manipulative games of the political class. Kenya is immensely blessed with resources and brains, but corruption has relegated our wonderful nation to a den of thieves. Handful billionaires and scores of beggers. It can not go on this way.

Personally i would like to see Ouko - finance. Maraga-Attorney general. Kagwe-Health Ouko Finance-he wanted to audit the euro bond but Uhuru castigated him in statehouse about how ridiculous this idea was. Maraga Attorney General-is a stickler to the constitution. Never bends over to please the preswident ifd he is doing unconstitutional things Kagwe Health-Health ministry is a monster and key ministry. It touches on lives. Kagwe was hailed as one of the best Covid CS globally by the new york times. health is going through changes and we need an effective communicator to explain the new system. Plus fighting the cartels in health kagwe put a stop to it but it needs consistent vigilance. he knows the ins and outs of the ministry having been there and we need someone who has been there before. Nakumicha was a no show.
