It's still a very beautiful town. Whenever I see the old pics of a hundred years ago I see the peoples faces and think about all their trials and tribulations all their tears and all their laughter. All their failings and successess but no one any longer has a clue of their existence. We are here for a very short time and leave little evidence of ever having passed through. Once you're gone you're gone.

Beautiful! I visited Ruthin a few weeks ago and was amazed at how beautiful it is. We stayed in the Castle Hotel and ambled around the village wondering what it was like in the past Your photo montage bought the history to life thank you!
