I think my favorite part of a restoration is to watch rust and paint leave the metal. My favourite method of rust removal is sandblasting but I also like to see electrolysis do it's work! It's always nice to se something different. You did a perfect job!

To this flashlight, I didn't have any rust to remove because it was made of aluminum. I'm so glad you liked it.

Very good work👍. A note for upcoming restorations: Due to the camouflage, military vehicles always have a matt and not a glossy finish. Otherwise everything is great.

Thank you for the comment and for the encouragement you wrote me I really needed and you came with it when needed. Thank you for all the nice comments you left me.
Very cool and great work. I recognize those wheels. They are the same set as used on the Tonka Jeepster I restored. Mine were slightly yellowed so I bleached them back white. I like the chrome on yours!

Thanks, I could leave the wheels white but I thought it would be nice to give them a different color. I'm glad you liked the way I painted them.

Yes, and that folds down, but I didn't show it at the end. I think your jeep looks great, this one was very old.

The things I restore I do not sell but keep in a closet as a souvenir. If you want, send me the car and I'll recondition it and then send it back.
