Hi, today we gonna made video on Rusty drill chuck restoration and the next time we will restore electric drill machine also restoration old 3 phase crane motor.
We found these two drill chuck in old tool box, it was extremely rusted and jammed. We did our best to restore it. Drill chuck disassembly is really tricky part of the video, In restoration process we finalize the big one chuck. :) also you will learn how to remove rust.

Only thing I would have done differently is to use a rubber mallet instead on the hammer. Very good video and great restoration, post more please

I just wanted to say take care not to take away the rust from the vise while cleaning the chuck, but the video is very good and instructive.
Clean video no restoration, clamping the round housing In the vise and thrashing hardened gears with metal ? How not to video maybe.

We hardened with the force we know better. With that experience you will not damage to gear. :)

Haha, I know someone will ask this question. Actually it was break in Disassembly process. And then we decided to restore only this one. We will food that one in future and make a video to. Subscribe please
