It's nice paint, but even with a nice color, the oxidized tank remains a potential bomb. The interior must be inspected, cleaned and the assembly must be stamp pressure tested with water. It is dangerous to show this kind of renovations that do not ensure the safety prevention of the renovated device.

I agree. It has to be tested via a hydrostatic pressure test. That is where they fill the tank up with water and pressurize it to well above the typical pressure it will work under, to verify it is sound. And the looks at the out side rusty pitted ends of the tank, I am sure the inside is as well and probably worst...JMHO

Ну да...покраска - залог ремонта! Пофиг на поршневую, кольца и клапана.... А как чугунный шкив сварил....короче для видоса пойдет, а потом все это на свалку!
