Yip I have 1 improvement/tip and that would be to instead of in the open core on the triangles in between the loot boxes being sealed you can put large batteries in there spread out around all the sides making it harder for raiders to get to the batteries and it also being very space effective 👍. Happy to show you or anyone if you don’t understand but ripper base design might have to give it a run in the future

Wouldnt help imo+ i want them to raid up there, its close to impossible to get up there because of turrets and so easy to seal

I just finished the starter and when i tried to build the square triangle part it wouldnt connect to my tc and it started to decay, do you know how to fix this?

I actually figured it out, you have to connect the wall frames where you enter the base at to connect outer shell to inner

I mean all bases decay if they arent connected, just make sure you place one double door frame somwhere to keep it all intact

1. Theres doors cover the ladder hatches that goes up to the inner peaks 2. If you check the build can code and the pinned comment ive added new entrances to inner peaks and low wall peaks that look into the inner peaks

I knew this had to be a youtube base. Not shiting on it, cause it is a dope ass base. But imma give my 2 cents, from a raider POV. Cause I online raided this base just now as a 8 man, with a 4/5man living on it. We went instantly to the floor bellow peeks, cause we were preetu sure a base this size, would have a "openCore" on top, due to the current meta, and drilled down. The peeks are amazing, but we the base is cored, and raiders get peeks access, we literilly had the base for ourselves. and the battery placemente, should be a better one. We immediatly found batteries, and destroyed them wich made us easy to raid the base. But for suxh a small base, damn. It was tanky AF. We went with 80 rockets, and came back with none. (Remembering that we went traight for core, and drilled our way down.

I’ve built this base in the past, but for some reason when I try to build it now the core peakdowns on the second floor won’t place. The triangle peaks Says not enough space. Has this been patched?

at 21:15 when you place the doorframe and the double doorframe to block that gap the double door frame says too close to another building when i try to place it

Yo yip and others building this base it’s good base but you most likely won’t get this down as a solo also the inner peaks are useless if your getting raided through walls they just break oh also the roof is kinda aids but you have to have that bulky top for the turrets to open core

As i said its not a base for everyone. You can build the base without innerpeaks and just do normal shooting floor. Thats about 85,000 stone i think

nah a solo def can, yip has videos where he builds these, ive built it on Facepunch small 5 Eu solo pretty easily, I farmed a bit but I get a lot of farm from just killing people... it has some flaws but I think its gonna be my main solo/duo base cuz its easy to build and does the job

22k metal frags is kind of expensive for a solo. I could do it, but i dont' wanna do it. lol. I would say 10k is the limit for me as a solo. I don't wanna spend most of my time farming.

You can just not upgrade some of the base to metal. The stone cost is really cheap. There are definitely some parts of this base that don't have to be metal.

Tried this in a wipe, had an online 1v4. Major flaws with moving around because of the ladder hatches with half walls. Would not recommend half heights, too hard to jump up. Even after the raid was over and i was talking to the raiders, gg's, they were struggling to make these jumps lol. Also peaks are a bit tight only being triangles and not having squares, it was hard to hold inner peaks compared to another base i just had a few onlines against which had the usual combination. The roof design was rather nice but the wide gaps almost had too many holes, no cover. Maybe the raid base position was just lucky but shooting floor wasn't very helpful. Also, shooting floor and literally half of the inner peaks collapsed after raiders breached metal 2x2 core tc side, while shell was stone. a good 1/3 of the base fell and i was using metal in the wide gaps like suggested. Just not very stable. Last wipe i had half my base blown off and things held more stable, even without wide gap externals.

Yepp the wide gaps fall. The mobility in the base isnt a flaw, more of a skill gap ig. I can deffnetly look into the shooting floor to fall but 2 of the inner peaks are expected to fall

Just like normal, if it's too far I usually just add an electrical branch somewhere to extend the reach, make sure its somewhat hidden tho👍🏼

also you placed the windmills very poorly, you can place them without the triangle roofs, saves on upkeep and prevents griefing softsiders (mostly to prevent the fucking trolls)

Main area yes? Base is designed for onlines. You cant get a single main loot box by going thru 3 doors lol. Even if you boost into the shooting floor it is atleast 5 doors / 15 rockets to get ONE of the main loot rooms lol.
