Russians says 'no' to META at World Championship.. DOMINATES.
The META in League of Legends has been cancelled. When a Russian wildcard team called 'Albus Nox Luna' came to the world championships, they gave a performance like no other team before. They managed to reject the meta and still beat highly skilled teams, becoming quickly a favourite from the audience with their entertaining playstyles. Many considers they're time playing as some of the best moments from the world cup.

This team is so hype, I love it. I'm looking forward to them more than any of the Korean teams. Or EU teams. Or most NA teams.

Maybe it has something to do with how well known they are, i mean they basically just started off as "Hard Random" for gods sake that was an awful name, they were not the favorites of EU and definitely weren't even in the standings to reach the top bracket when people first looked at all our worlds teams. They were a wild card and they were awesome as fuck to watch, my favorite team Albus Nox Luna.

@@Florianlil They're referring to the fact that playing "off-meta" picks which is what ANX was doing is sometimes enough for players to have their accounts banned by RIOT. Although they really shouldn't as they aren't doing anything that's against the LoL rules (Summoners Code).

@@Ven_detta_ I'm confused what you mean here. Do you mean that it used be against the summoner's code but is now completely fine? In my experience, off-meta picking has never been against the summoner's code and I've been playing since 2014.
