Wow, never expect Wushu to be so popular n taught by a fully Russian coach. Interesting teaching whereby they have added some weight training n nowadays these are nt commonly used. Really surprise n happy to see Wushu growing n has been pass on.

My gym is advertising group fight fitness classes which is just basically standing in place and throwing punches and horribly performed kicks in place. I replied that they should be doing this instead. Much more interesting.

Помнится, почти 30 лет назад так же тренил. Тогда был бум кунфу, в каждой школы была секция "бла-бла-какой-нибудь-цюань" 😊

Athletic near perfection. If I had to critisize, I would say they could be slightly smoother, but otherwise close to the Chinese team.
