Russian President Vladimir Putin arrives in Hanoi, Vietnam, where he will pay a working visit after a stop in North Korea, where he signed a mutual defence pact with leader Kim Jong Un. Putin's trip to Vietnam is set to deepend ties between Moscow and Hanoi, according to Russian news agencies.

US sent Austin, Blinken, Harris, Yellen to VN to offer various incentives for the same privilege. In addition, Bush, Obama, Trump and Biden had come to VN for the same purpose. VN finally gave Biden that status at end of 2023, and the US got a hard on thinking VN is in its pocket. VN then promptly invited Xi Jin Ping and now President Putin to VN?!?!?
