Definitely learned something new today. I never used those pipping tips. It’s all beautiful! I just only use one tip. I don’t remember what’s it called the one for making roses. I’ll try them next time.

Wow their pipe tips look big. But I can't tell if they are or not. I feel like us in the west have smaller ones but the flowers have to be crafted much more maticulously...which I think looks better. Idk. They look more realistic. But imagine if ur just a person who likes to bake and decorate. It would still look awesome for being home made.

Are you able to share the link to your buttercream for russian pipping please? Also some suggest to coat a thin layer of buttercream on the cupcake before pipping. Is this necessary?

I was wondering about these Russian tips. Does one have to use only butter cream frosting to utilize these Russian tips? My question to you is, can a person use a stable whipped cream frosting, that has been made very stable, by using gelatin, as a frosting that can be successfully used with these very wonderful Russian tips? I just love your work and your videos! I thank you in advance for your response.
