Yes you can carry russian ruble and also dollar. carry 600 dollar or 35000 ruble.

@@mochisichi8592 They were questioning about itinerary of day wise , how many days i was going to stay in moscow and st Petersburg Well they were just asking normal enquiries , You must have these documents with you WELL , They are also interrogate according specific countries ! 1 . ITINARY DAY WISE 2 . CARRY 500$ in cash 3.KEEP FEW AMOUNTS IN YOU BANK ACCOUNT AS WELL 4. RETURN FLIGHT BOOKINGS 5. ALL DAY HOTEL BOOKINGS 6. IF YOU'RE TRAVELLING VIA TRAIN IN RUSSIA SHOW THEM TRAIN BOOKINGS TICKETS If you have all the required documents , so no need to get worry ! Hi,this will be my second visit to Russia for a month . I am going on 12th August. I will be staying at my friend's place. If the immigration officer ask me can i tell them I am staying at my friend's house and provide my friend's number and address.

They will confirm with your friend via call . so you have to be ready with proper address and phone number . also please make sure you have your return ticket with you .

You have to make your own travel itinerary ( set up all documents , hotel reservations , flight tickets , train booking if any , Return flight tickets )
