The white thing is called ‘nata de coco’. It’s basically coconut jelly made by fermenting sweetened coconut water with a bacteria; similar to how cheese is made. If you live abroad, you should get it in cans in Asian market.

may es may dry milk b use krte hu or liquid milk b tora sa same recipe may bht mzy ka banta h bhai ap ke sb recipes super sy b oper hay

Let me also add boiled potatoes, jelly, almonds , cashew nuts, Etc, etc, add one table spoon of condense milk instead of suger. I am happy you had the courage to accept and learn more being a young up coming man God bless you.

Yes, I was also wondering that it's looks delicious,but I to add almonds, raisins, potato , a small shredded carrot and if required some macaroni's the last lemon juice. It is out of the world so tasty.

This jelly looking like thing is coconut

The white chunks are from pears 🍐 But firsg they are pickled in glucose syrup to take this texture.

It is called, nata de coco. Its a translucent jelly-like food which is produced by fermentation of coconut water.
