Fundamentally the US owes it in my view to be there as partner and ally since the end of World War II to protect the free market and democracy. It's not a perfect system but we can try to uphold the values therein. The primary role we have is in partnership with the countries military or defense force. Just ask Poland and that place that's bordering russia and is having a military operation on their hands. The only response on this issues is sensationalism but very little intellectual or viable solution. Farewell rest of World-America is in the autumn of life anyway just like everyone wants it to be.
