The man that got out of his car, approached the car behind him and then pulled on her window . . smashing it to pieces. I've watched literally HUNDREDS of these videos. Never seen anything like that. He must have been wearing gloves?

Not Russians all of them, and not that crazy. Many of these accidents are due to speeding on slippery roads.
