Bad luck? No good driver needs luck to stay safe. That speed doomed the driver.

Can't be a drivers test. Can't be a brake inspection. Can't be a speed limit. Can't be a vision test. Can't be a common sense test. Must be the Vodka!

0:35 how TF do you not see a 200-ton locomotive? 2:05 why wouldn't you slow down to see what the hell the guy is doing? 2:23 "Look, he's telling me to pass on the left." LOL Their cops can't drive, their bus drivers can't drive and their truckers can't drive; how do they expect the average person to be able to drive? What is their driving test? Pull out of the parking spot without hitting anything and you pass? Russians' attitude of toughness and being impatient with no respect for driving laws just adds to the problem.
A few observations of russian driving,there is no highway code,brakes are optional,when it's icy drive faster,everyone is late for work and everyone is a bilarch (or however it is spelt)and sh1t music is a must.

No it’s free. They don’t even hold licenses. Neither insurance or eye tests 😂
