Russian Cottage Cheese Pie | Delicious Russian Cheesecake recipe

i n g r e d i e n t s :
Crust:
• 200 g cold unsalted butter
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar (1/2 cup if you like sweeter desserts)
Filling:
• 500 g cottage cheese
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Bake the pie at 350ºF/180ºC for about 40 min.
I used a 9"/23cm springform pan.
g o o d t o k n o w :
• If your springform pan tends to leak, make sure to have something under it when baking, as sometimes liquid butter may come out of the dough.
• You can blend the filling completely to make it super creamy and smooth or you can leave it with small cottage cheese lumps. Both ways work great.
• Make sure to refrigerate the crust for at least 15 min before baking it.

1 cup = 240 ml
1 tbsp = 15 ml
1 tsp = 5 ml
