Thanks for watching, I used lemon juice instead as an alternative.

It will be even better if you leave it overnight in the fridge and heat it up later. Trust me.

Borscht (or borshch) is a Ukrainian dish, although cooked a lot in russia as well. Making it with beef doesn't make it russian.

Thanks for comment, I did say it it was originally from Ukraine in 14th century, a lot of recipes I looked at used, beef, pork and even sausage, but I appreciate your comment
