The final event in the SAIS Foreign Policy Institute's Spring 2023 speaker series, where Dr. Francis Fukuyama will discuss national identity in Ukraine and Russia and honor Professor Gati's final seminar and his lengthy career at SAIS.
Dr. Francis Fukuyama is the Olivier Nomellini Senior Fellow at Stanford
University's Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies (FSI). He is
best known for his book The End of History and the Last Man. He previously
served as Director of the International Development program at SAIS.
