All I can find are articles from Russian sources and evem they are only refering in a speculative way to "cluster munition". Only claims. Even the published images don't look like it was cluster ammo. Are you from Belgorod?

Russians must be very motivated to accept a war of attrition for ... 4 new oblasts (so far). If there is one thing Russia needs most, it's new territory. Thank God Russia and Russians are very rich. So they don't mind paying lots and lots of money to rebuild every city and town they liberate. Liars will tell you Russia is only rebuilding Mariupol right now, and that it will take years until it is completly rebuild.
