China is in an interesting position because they likely value their economy, and their success is built on manufacturing and trade. Because of that, if the USA collapses hard, us being such a huge economy, and then include the EU in there too, it would be a global economic disaster that will badly hurt China too. Therefore I doubt China wants to see us get in too bad of a position. A lot of the Chinese economy is based on the USA buying things but China rightly understands that a few diplomats won't be able to stop that, not with corporations loving it and the USA economy also greatly propped up by cheaper chinese product. If the USA tries to bluff so obviously, Xi is way too smart to not see through it, plus it will hurt his pride as well I am sure to be so rudely threatened and such rude attempts to order him around. On the flip side, having good relations and trade with both the USA and Russia too would be ideal for them, that's the perfect conditions for them to continue their style of domination which is through economic methods.

funny - meanwhile reality in russia :) -20% of houses has no inside toilet - apart military - rest economy is in the stagnation (war economy) - medical care is crap: 7 years shorter lives vs Western Europe + one of the highest alcohol related desists. - even with lower costs - level of living is below Bulgaria (the poorest country in the EU) - minium salary: $210/month! - corruption is on Africa level (140th place /180) - created current flood in Russia - but excuse is that "rodents eaten the dam" - he, he - infrastructure (apart from big cities) is 20 years behind Europe - commie looking towns+ poor villages - "brain drain" + population in decline (especially Slavic) - economy wise, Russia is becoming China vassal (totally depended on) - reserves are depleted - the war will be funded by higher taxes now - 15% of refineries are damaged by Ukrainian drones+ over 33% of Russian Black Sea fleet already sunk - fake "conservatism" - super high level of divorces/abortion/ alcoholism, etc. (only 8% of church attendees - lower than in Holland!) - "greeen revolution" will damage future profits soon (oil/gas economy) - Putin can't even protect Moscow against ISIS - despite warnings - the that you can go to prison for calling war a war (etc.), - is icing on the cake

Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺….yes you’re right lol, pity Australia didn’t have the intelligence to pivot to Asia. Would be great if we (Australians) could “figure it out” that the U.S.A is a corrupt failed republic run by oligarchs that are bent on world domination, I’m sure if the media in the west honestly reported the news the western countries (Australia included) would hopefully elect sensible leaders but sadly the deep states operating in the west would never allow that so we are stuck with idiots. My condolences to all the families having lost loved ones in the wars going on at the moment. Lastly I think both Putin and Xi are both going to go down in history as 2 of the most influential men of our time.

I agree, and when you add economics to the picture the West is in big trouble. From Princeton University a man named John Nash won a Noble Prize in 1994, he came up with a mathematical equation that stated if you benefited the collective the one would also benefit. What does this mean, if the 99%(American tax payers) benefit the 1%(Administrators) will benefit from the investment. This provides a middle-class and will spread the wealth evenly...

I had an opportunity to speak to a Chinese drone manufacturer. He told me that DJI sells drones for about 1800-3000 USD depending on the specs but their profit margin is quote 'substantial'. He told me if that if a commercial drone is used as suicide drone for military purposes, they can afford to make the drones with adjustments, so cheaper battery (no need for repeated recharge), cheap camera (no need for 4k 60fps), they can forgo safety features (guard rails and propeller safety thingys), they can also remove a lot of the stylish designs for simplistic plastic coverings for 1 time suicide attacks, and they do not have to make a controller for each drone, instead swarms of drones can be adapted to central control and command. He told me that his company can make suicide drones, without the explosive, carry about 2kg fly about 40km, at the cost of only about $220 USD each, which would be even cheaper for bulk producers like DJI or the People's liberation army. This is insane. Imagine a swarm of drones where each is capable of blasting like a grenade, but only about $220, but requires AA missiles to intercept. I'd wager the anti-air cannon bullets costs about this much and that is truly what makes China terrifying.

"Working with Russia against the west", that's not how China sees things. Look, to understand China's strategy, you just have to look at Mao's statement: "the core of politics is making more and more friends and less and less enemies". It basically summed up the Chinese approach. To the Chinese, there is not a unified "west". They see a large collection of nations with different interests and desires. This means they have zero issue working with "the west" on common interest and knows where to draw the line. The Chinese never went to look for enemies. This doesn't mean they'd fall over to please everyone. They politely and diplomatically told Yellen to shove off, because Yellen is actually looking to harm China, but this won't even stop them to work with Americans companies that actually wants to work the China, let alone the Europeans and Russians. The entire "us against them" thing is more an European/American approach on things. US, for example, just don't know how to act without an "enemy". The Chinese doesn't have that issue.

funny - meanwhile reality in russia :) -20% of houses has no inside toilet - apart military - rest economy is in the stagnation (war economy) - medical care is crap: 7 years shorter lives vs Western Europe + one of the highest alcohol related desists.

The current Hungarian government is very rational and pragmatic, which is a very lucky thing for the Hungarian people. Hungary is also one of the best destinations for Chinese companies to invest in Europe. The EU is now working with the United States to contain China. The primary consideration for Chinese companies doing business in the European market is political risk. The Hungarian government's rational and pragmatic style has won the trust of the Chinese business community. Many Chinese companies ultimately choose to locate their European market headquarters in Hungary.
