Russia may be one of the few countries that benefit from Global warming/ Climate change. As temperature rises, The Northern lands thaw out and become more useful.
Russia irl made almost no action against climate change, thus why in this animation, Russia decides to burn down trees for more carbon dioxide (yes the brown and green thing is trees that are cut down and piled up.)

That not how it's working. Because of climate change, in here (Sibiria) the second year anomaly cold and long winters (around -50 in two month) and super bad in summer, damn smoke out of our incredible big and very fire-hazardous forest's.....
