I disagree, the thunder would never be a championship contending team. It was the right decision to trade cp3 and adams and just buy into the young talent

Are any of them aware that Gallinari exists? I like Steven Adams a lot, but he's not even the most underrated player on the Thunder. No one even brings Gallo up when they talk about underrated players, let alone in a conversation about tradeable assets that OKC has (extremely productive player on an expiring $23 million deal with a versatile skillset) or right after he leads the winning team with 23-11-4 on 7-11 FG (3-6 from 3, 6-6 FT), 1 steal, 0 TO, and made it look easy the whole time.

Who has the best record in the Western Conference and second best record in the NBA since Thanksgiving? Yep OKC. I say keep it together and see what happens in the playoffs. Even the losses to the Lakers this year have been less than 5 points. They lost to the Bucks by less than 5 points.

Good. Kenny is just an average Joe who got a ring by being carried. There are so many better ex players who would fit in well in his seat, that would work so great with Charles and Shaq, than he. Kenny is like a Collin Cowherd. Just waits to see what others' opinion is, and disagree to it to sound like he's covering all or other perspectives.

Even if OKC want to trade I doubt many people are biting at Paul or Adam's salary and years left on each contract. The dillema for them is whether or not to trade Danilo Gallinari expiring contract,if they keep this team in tact you are still competitve and almost certainly in the playoffs,if they trade him and start losing they might finish 9th or so in the west and only gain slightly in the draft in a year that doesn't look like a deep draft.

Pace is the difference. With Russ you need to have more pace because he excels in the open court. That is why they let him get the rebound to start the break faster. With CP3 you have a pace that is focused on half court setups so they aren't on a rush to cross the half court. It's not about stats. It's about your personnel. Learn more about coaching then you'll understand.

Charles is right. Houston completely relies on Harden and Westbrook to play well. They have no one else to fall back on.

I agree 💯 percent with Chuck about the rockets, but I could say the same about LeBron James on the Lakers he's got to be extra ordinary to beat the clippers.

Barkley got right on the spot...Houston depends pretty much solely on Westbrook and Harden to play at their best level to give a beat down. Okc is more leveled and has lots more important parts sharing pretty evenly the responsibility to win games. Im from oklahoma...and love and miss Westbrook but Okc is different team now and it just maybe what gets us to our goal.

the contracts dont match up. it would have to be simmons and a few other players which probably wont work anymore. simmons makes 8 million, chris paul makes 38 million. this why i doubt any team will trade for chris paul, they have to lose too many players for it.

OKC started out slow, but right now they are the 3rd or 4th best team in the west. They already beat every west team except the Lakers and Nuggets. They're way better than the Jazz. Lakers and Clippers health can be an issue for them. Also, are we gonna talk about how the Thunder are better this season and the Rockets are worse?
