Interview with Russel Hogan founder of Hogans Off-Road Park located in Disney Oklahoma. Hogan's Off Road Park in Disney is an off-road campground and recreation area perfect for any ATV or ORV. Located right beside the neighboring dam spillway, the park gives off-roaders easy access to the range with about five square miles of trails and rock structures. Explore the road less traveled or race through open areas on nearly any kind of vehicle, from dirt bikes to rock-crawlers and anything in between. Guests can also take advantage of primitive tent camping sites or RV sites with either 30 or 50 amp electric. A comfort station with restrooms and hot showers is also located on-site.

He is a liar....he only owns a camp groud adjacent to a state park. He is so full of shit in this video I want to puke. The extreme 4x4 club of Tulsa Ok cut all the first trails. He may have a a small hand in getting GRDA to realize that they couldn't keep people out. He is full of shit.

He owns the Campground that he named "Hogans off road". Not the offroad park. He used to be a really good guy. But the past 2 years or so he's gotten more and more crooked and dishonest. I've personally seen it. And just about the whole town is done dealing with him because of it
