I vibe with this song so much right now. I'm with a woman right now who's been through some of the worst things with other men. She told me she never knew the meaning of true love until she was with me, and that she's so scared that this feeling will go away or that i'll get fed up with her and leave. But through all her questioning, all her pushing and shoving away, I still stay. Because i know that it's hard for her, i know that she's scared. I love her just as much as she loves me, and i care for her. The worst mistake I can make is to try and "make" her see that im different or to try and "fix" her. She was a whole person before we met, she's not someone to be fixed, theres nothing wrong with her. The best thing I can do is continue to be consistent. If she questions, i answer. If she's scared, i'm there for her. I do my absolute best for her, something i haven't done for anyone else. And so far? She's shown me she wants to feel better for me.
