I know this is a long one. You can use the chapters to skip around to the points you are interested in.
I found I have to change a lot to use this bag, but In a good way. I haven't been really using pouches for organization, but This bag makes it a great setup to use them. Which also makes life better because it means you can swap faster from different setups by just moving the pouches. So I still feel like this bag is a win, even if it means if I have to go buy more pouches or think a bit how to organize that way using the ones I have. Also I really like the upper pocket having a split to hold two different pairs of sunglasses or something else.

Pouches are the way to go not makes swapping packs out so much easier. And colorizing them makes it a flash to grab what you need.
I made my own divider which I use in any QA pocket in my bags. I usually put my phone, AirPods and wallet in the QA, so I like to separate the phone from the other stuff.

I don’t know how I never thought about it until I had this bag. It just makes sense, and it just such a simple and easy thing to do to a very useful pocket. It just makes it so much more utilitarian. I might have to follow your lead, and make my own to use all my packs.
Oh, what about your north seeker? Has this bag dethroned it?

Well, I enjoy this back greatly, it definitely has not dethroned the northseeker. Testing the 25 L wildcard version right now.
For being a Rushfaster name bag this thing blows. I guess it doesn't suit my needs. 😮

It’s certainly not for everyone. For me, need water bottle pockets on the outside of my EDC bag. But this worked amazing as a city bag. Being in NYC at X Mas time… it was ridiculously busy. But this bag was perfect for that application, because it did not have external water bottle pockets… Or really anything on the outside the bag. It was able to blend in and not give any open opportunities to would be thieves.

It’s not for everyone. But the quality and construction are far above the $120 price point.
