My daughter had a similar situation after the birth of her son. Sweaty , pale, nauseous , her BP dropped and she passed out. Ended up having a piece of placenta inside and had to have surgery. I'm happy you're ok 💗

My husband is a firefighter, and they do this all the time. I know i’m bias, but they really are wonderful wonderful people 💗 I’m glad you’re okay!

I just realized that I've been following you for over 3 years now. I remember when you did your nursing video and you were struggling, and now seeing how much easier it is for you and that you have been able to nurse all your children is so incredible. My dad is a firefighter! They do help others a lot! My dad distracts little kids with one of the parents! Sometimes, they do bring stuffed animals to help calm them down! Firefighters are the best with kids when something happens to a family member. One of them I think I recognize!

I am glad that you are doing better. You did the right thing by listening to your body and going to the hospital. That was so sweet of the firemen doing those things for y’all. Ben is an amazing father/husband and is there to pick up the slack when it is needed with no hesitation. I love watching him do the girls hair and pin their nails. I had a c section and two postpartum hemorrhages about 6 days after. I felt this huge rush of blood unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. They are terrifying. I was then put in the hospital trying to breast feed too. So hard! Also had to go by ambulance. A D and C fixed everything for me thankfully they said it was “necrotic tissue” that was the problem. So sorry you experienced that. Unfortunately I’ve had issues with anemia since. The firemen at your house were so kind, what an amazing level of care.

I'm so, so, so glad you're okay now! I hemmoraged with my third child, right after I pushed him out. I lost so much blood and got an iron infusion. A lot happened, it's such a long story but I'm so thankful the nurses saved my life! The symptoms you had are very similar to the ones I had during it. Getting my period since then has given me so much anxiety, losing blood in general has been rough on me mentally due to being so traumatized from the hemorrhage. I don't want anymore kids, because of this and due to not knowing if this could happen again if I did have another child.

So glad your ok now. Years ago day 2 in hospital I did look in the toilet after feeling a lot of pain and sweaty. Sorry for tmi size and shape of a 'pear'. Not a tiny little group of clots. Not what I would have ever thought of. No pain after.

As a Mommy of 3 myself since you just gave birth try not to do too much it's alot of stress on your body. Take things easy. They say not to do alot for the first month because You don't wanna have a setback.

I had a something slimmer to that when I had my youngest son after I get on from the hospital but not to where I had to go back to hospital. Just glad that everything is good now and that u haven’t had anymore problems.

I had a similar experience. I had a large piece of my placenta come out about 3 weeks post birth. About a week later, I passed a huge blood clot. Went to emergency and had an internal ultrasound done which showed some remaining fragments that needed to be removed otherwise it could get infected or hemorrhaging could continue. Might be wise to have an ultrasound done to make sure you don’t have anything remaining in your uterus, if that wasn’t already done. Take care!
