Rush Offroad Park | Coburn Canyon and Rankin Ravine in a Can Am X3 RMAX PRO R TALON Part 2 of 5

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

welcome back to part 2 of 5 for this series. We hit coburn canyon and rankin ravine trails at rush offroad park, they are labeled red which is the most difficult. I would say they are mild reds and not that hard.... Everyone with zillas made it and everyone without did not.

Remember when you got those freebie tires to demo. Swapped back low key in 1 ride or less 😮 Just got a new pro xp and I swapped out the stock tires before they ever hit the dirt to zillas

I was more worried about that widow maker dead ash tree you were leaning on. I have 100 acres just north east of Columbus and my woods are full of them. The tops fall out with the slightest of bumps. Great video.... I would made the drive but just had gallbladder surgery. Running a turbo r ultimate on 35 inch zillas. Let me know if you want to ride.... It would make for some great content.

Picking tires for your SxS has got to be one of the tuffets decisions. Ask yourself Do you ride solid rock or is there mud involved? Decisions- decisions. RockZillas are nice in the rocks but not so hot everywhere else. I ride with several people with Zillas in my group and man they are trying to convert me. We ride prob 50% rock and 50% mud. It’s hard to avoid the mud because to get to the rocky area you have to drive through the mud. I pull most of them out of the mud with my System3 300s and when we get to the rock they are like see you need Rockzillas. If it wasn’t for my 300s we would have not made it to the rocks in the first place. I spin more in the rocks than they do but I make it without being winched I would say 90% of the time VS the 70% of the time I have pull them out of the mud and loose dirt/rocks. I’m wanting to try the System3 350s or the Nitto Trail Grapplers next.

I must say. Roxxzillas are the best all around tire. Your right. They don’t do great in mud bog situations but our core group has ran many different tires and all have went to zillas and never looked back. The zillas will pull through mud just fine. The side tread is amazing so if you find yourself in a rut just turn the tires to find the side and it’ll dig out, hill climbs, rocks, mud, snow. They do great in all of it, heavy mud and snow, not the greatest but they’ll get you through. I will say The zillas do better in ruts than the xtr370s. Scott used to run them and always said the zillas pulled out of ruts better. It’s all in what terrain you ride in most. Zillas definitely shine in the rocks but also outperform most tired in other terrain too. I see most people running 370s and zillas. I haven’t seen much on the 300s do I’m definitely gonna look into them. I’m not against trying a new tire if it works better.

That’s a good tire hill . Only one guy in our group had zillas. My rockabilly’s drive right up it the rest of the group was on carnivores and one on xtr370s they all went right up too. The xtrs seemed to struggle more on it wet but we all did it wet and dry last trip . Tires make a huge difference

@@donminnickjr2347 I have been very happy with my 64”. I have yet to be in a situation where I couldn’t make something that a 72” could. The 64” machine has stronger suspension components as well since they aren’t as long. A arms, radius rods, axles. The longer it is the more leverage and weaker it is. Just our opinion though. The 72” machine handles the offcamber situations better. There are trade offs but I couldn’t be happier with how mine has performed. 9000 miles and still kicking.
